Social Media Campaign

A social media campaign is a simple mechanism in which we ask users to replace their Twitter/Telegram handles with their FIO Address and award a number of them with free FIO. This can be done with a specific wallet and/or domain if desired.

Approximate budget: $200-250

Sample Announcement:
Show us your FIO Address! Replace your Twitter handle with your FIO Address, and then comment below. We’ll randomly select xxx winners of FIO Tokens.

Format (2-3 days):

Require users to register a FIO Address on a specific domain
Have users change their handle and comment below the tweet
Check all comment, collect FIO Addresses and randomly select winners

Pre-Giveaway

Create graphic for social media use (the partner should be posting the giveaway, not FIO, otherwise we don’t get any new users)

Check that the domain is public and available to be registered on. Make sure there is a limit imposed on the wallet registrations allowed

There should be a recording/user-guide of how to get a FIO Address

During Giveaway

Both parties should be posting about the giveaway twice throughout a 2-3 day campaign

On last day, FIO will award prizes (and record screen of doing so) and will comment on individual winners' comment in the tweet thread

Post-Giveaway

Consider following the campaign up with an additional AMA campaign (AMA playbook available as well)
