FIO Request Utilization Campaign

FIO Address Giveaways are typically done immediately after a wallet has completed an integration for FIO Address registration. It CAN be done prior to integration of any other FIO Protocol features, but is best if it can be wrapped into a FIO Utilization campaign (primarily since users will likely just forget their FIO Address exists if enough time passes prior to that integration).

Approximate budget: $200-250

Sample Announcement:
FIO ADDRESS GIVEAWAY! @Walletname and @joinFIO have joined up to enable users to get a free FIO Address, which lets you eliminate the use of public address. Also, experience the future of transactions by sending a FIO Request to xxx@fio for 50 FIO, and we’ll approve XX transactions!

Format (5-7 days):

Require users to register a FIO Address on a specific domain
Users send a FIO Request to a FIO-owned FIO Address for a pre-determined prize amount
The Foundation approves a certain number of requests

Pre-Giveaway

Create graphic for social media use (the partner should be posting the giveaway, not FIO, otherwise we don’t get any new users)

Check that the domain is public and available to be registered on. Make sure there is a limit imposed on the wallet registrations allowed

Register/Determine FIO Address that FIO will conduct the giveaway through (what users will send a FIO Request to)

There should be a recording/user-guide of how to participate in the giveaway

During Giveaway

Both parties should be posting about the giveaway at least 2-3 times throughout a 5-7 day campaign

On last day, FIO will award prizes (and record screen of doing so), and send list of winning FIO Requests to partner

Post-Giveaway

Consider following the campaign up with an additional AMA campaign (AMA playbook available as well)
