Project Manager

The FIO protocol need a project manager to assist the Core Engineering Team.

Reports to : VP of engineering.
Payscale:
Time commitment : full time to start, with mastery this can go to part time involvement.
Work style: flexible, work in your way to collaborate, communicate, gather info, and deliver.
Time zone requirements : work MST exclusively until demonstrating mastery. Then completely flexible.

Duties and Responsibilities

The project manager will work with the VP of technology, product team, marketing team, and steering committee to coordinate projects in the FIO pipeline.

– projects may be worked by FIO core engineering team members, or by any individual operating a worker proposal in the FIO protocol.

The project manager will work with project lead engineers to define the structure of deliverables for each project.

The project manager will work with project lead engineers to status projects as necessary during discovery, prototyping, development, Acceptance testing, and release.

The project manager will work with the release manager to help coordinate the necessary team interactions for release of projects.

The project manager will facilitate identification of stopping issues, and facilitate necessary information sharing during all phases of a project.

The project manager will communicate project status in weekly cross functional meetings

The project manager will facilitate the discovery and resolution of issues as projects proceed in development..

The project manager will work with the product lead to identify projects coming into the FIO pipeline.
