Historical APR calculation
Rate of exchange is fetched and recorded 24 hours and then every 24 hours after that.
APR is computed as follows:
([ROE on DayX] / [ROE on DayY] - 1) * (365 / Dur) * 100
where:
Dur is duration of period, e.g. 1, 7, 365 days
DayX - Last recorded day
DayY - Last recorded day - Dur
If not enough data return null
