No. Although I initially said yes in the meeting, after giving it more thought, I will shift my vote.

Yes. The current process is proven ineffective and inconsequentially harming the operations of the DAO.
As a member of one of these proposals I was not given 30 days notice and my pay was impacted, I was forced to act last minute as a guaranteed continued conversation surrounding the proposal was left up in the air after the early discussions had already taken place. Existing team members, especially those being cut from renewed proposals should be given the opportunity to have their pitches heard and discussed (and not rushed through).

I am going to stick with No and agree on respecting the process. I do think everyone should sort out how to work together as there are some good things that could come from further collaboration.

Background
Normally SC reviews funding for recurring WPs in the SC call in the month prior to their expiration, so that adjustments or alternatives WPs can be finalized and affected teams notified at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the WP.
For the budget has been reviewed in special SC meeting on March 4th, 2025 and guideline was given to reduce the budget by at least 60%. That reduced WP, along with others was reviewed on March 10th, 2025 and informally approved.
Formal WP was submitted on March 31st, 2025 and approval is still pending, with so far only voting to approve.

During SC call on April 8th, 2025, another member has inquired if they can submit another competing WP and indicated that if the SC is willing to consider, they would do that by April 10th, 2025 EOD.
Decision
Should the Steering Committee delay the vote on the Marketing related Worker Proposals (as shown above) until the new WP is submitted and agree to hold an ad-hoc meeting to hear the pitch on April 11th, 2025 and vote on all Marketing related Worker Proposals immediately thereafter?
