As a DAO worker for two years at FIO, Id like to help steer the future of the Foundation to a path of sustainability. I believe more risk needs to be taken when it comes to different business models. I am a firm believer that FIO needs to implement some type of SAAS model.
With that in mind, I am also a believer in being cautious with spending and do not believe that all innovation needs to be done from inside the Foundation.
I believe the Foundation needs to do a better job of engaging the community to feel empowered to create their own products and services. The current messaging, and platforms in place, do not make it clear that the Foundation is a DAO, and does not make general community participation easy.
FIO ultimately needs a change and cannot afford to be met with complacency.
