Build Metamask-gated registration landing page

Description

This story is to build a custom Gated Registration Landing Page per the following spec:

  1. Allow a FIO Handle Registration on @metamask domain if the user has created account using FIO SNAP (connected MetaMask, installed SNAP, account was created).

  2. The first registration on @metamask domain is always free.

  3. MetaMask account should be used (already set up in Prod Admin). It uses new FIP-40 permissions.

  4. This is same functionality as Twitter Landing Page

As discussed during the call on 2/6/2024, the user is only able to have one FIO Handle on the metamask domain.
