Remove setWallet Endpoint and Move Logic to Import Wallet
Description
The setWallet endpoint is currently triggered on each login to sync data between the Database and Edge. This endpoint should be deleted entirely. However, the logic should be preserved and moved to the Import Wallet flow instead.
