07/21/2021 - Weekly Marketing Priority Notes
FIO Weekly Marketing Priority Review
Attendees: Kaitie, Emily, David, Luke, Brit, Triston, Wayne
Date: Jul 21, 2021. 10:00 MT
Topics:
New Marketing Platform:
Airtable
Want to test out the platform
Similar to JIRA, but more intuitive. JIRA lost the calendar capability
Concerns:
Worried about being marketing and the rest of the team being disjointed.
There are benefits of having everyone on the same platform on confluence.
Nonprofit license on JIRA to handle pricing.
As the marketing team grows, would the airtable pricing be out of hand?
Airtable Pricing | Compare Plans, Features & Costs Looks to be $24 a month per person ($20 if paying annually)
Try out the free version to see if that’s all that's needed – avoid paying for the paid version.
Competitive Matrix:
A direct marketing tool.
Going to be attached to emails to those who have integrated unstoppable domains → look at FIO.
Not going to be published on social media.
Concerns
How unstoppable domains are best represented?
Is there anything on here that isn't accurate?
Ex: Change to “Decentralize Recurring Revenue Stream”.
It's going to be shared publically eventually. Then Luke has to defend it on social media if it's inaccurate.
Send it to Guarda and Edge (FIO and Unstoppable Domains integrated) with the intention of wanting it to be accurate.
Case Study:
A partner that has had a successful integration with data, selling that story.
Figure out what kind of framework to build that story. What kind of content is needed, and if that data is accessible.
Reengage with the Partner Videos:
Add things into the airtable calendar. Put time blocks. Fill in notes and tag Kaitie.
Partners:
Sent something for Kaitie to look at.
Change currency from dollars to tokens.
Learn and Earn campaign? – Repurpose CMC content.
Xcel Pay
wanted to set up a call – time zone issues. Ola is working with them and sent an MOU.
Bitmart
Getting in writing from both parties a consistent answer on whether they are integrating. We don’t want them to just say “no”.
Website:
Will send costs for the website to Luke and David. Within budget.
