Usability test for ShapeShift on 06/03/2021, using an iPhone SE 2016, iOS 14.6.

With every usability test, I do not use or search for the wallet’s how-to guides. I aim to figure out everything I need within the platform.

My first approach is to try using the FIO service (requests and send) in the wallet app immediately and see if the wallet can direct me to the right places to get started with those features.

Registering a FIO Address:

Already had a FIO address registered in February 2021, so I couldn't test for this step.

Sending a FIO Request:

Very easy process. Reminds me of CashApp. However, the arrow to receive wasn’t obvious to me at first.

Accepting FIO Requests:

Sent two requests for ETH from emilym@guarda. Had trouble finding where to accept requests.

Sending Funds with FIO Address:
