Steering Committee discussions and decisions

  • Moved from accrued to cash accounting. When I submit next month’s payment request, I will mark it as a January payment, not December. So there will not be an AWS or EZOps payment for December.

  • Will be difficult to get AWS down to 3k/month. Possibly save when we shut down the web site and any security for the website. But, that cost will shift to Marketing.

  • Still using a lot of EZOps time. Need to keep evaluating with the goal of limiting as much as possible.
