Usability test for Guarda on 06/03/2021, using an iPhone SE 2016, iOS 14.6.

Registering a FIO Address:

Intuitive, except the “Before you start” copy was confusing.

Sending FIO Requests:

Intuitive Process.

Potential Issues:

Request Disappears in “History” tab

• Sent two requests back to back to same FIO address: emily@shapeshift.

• First request was for 0.01 ETH. Second request was for 0.005 ETH. Only most recent request was seen.

Accepting FIO Requests:

Sent a request for 0.003781 ETH from emily@shapeshift to emilym@guarda
Had trouble finding where to accept request in Guarda.

Process felt long/repetitive, but don’t feel it should be condensed.

Sending Funds with FIO Address:

Wasn’t clear that a FIO address would work in the send field.
