Have an idea

If you have an idea you want the community to consider, submit it here. Include as many details as possible. The Steering Committee meets regularly to review all ideas.

Work for pay

Start by checking out open opportunities. These are specific project, the Foundation wants to fund.

If you want to be paid executing one of the opportunities or have other ideas on how you can help FIO, /wiki/spaces/WP/pages/26476660 and submit your own Worker Proposal.

Talk to existing Worker Proposal Lead

The Foundation is funding several Worker Proposals that focus on variety of projects focusing on key Strategic Objectives.

Your best starting point is to reach out to the Worker Proposal Lead that best aligns with the area in which you would like to contribute to and talk to them about what specific ideas or contributions you have in mind. Here are some common areas to consider:
